2.Trace the PO with supplier to ensure on time arrival

4.Handover of supplier invoice

5.Application for the payment (incl. pre-payment) on time to avoid delay of picking up from supplier;

6, fixed assets buy off

7.File the contract of all above related both in electronic and paper version daily;

8.Fixed assets/PV test/packaging inquiry
